When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24hrs from Monday to Friday you will receive email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, next day delivery is available on all orders when the following criteria have been met:

  • The order is placed before the specified cut off time (3pm GMT) and all security checks have been completed.
  • All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
  • Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
  • Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.
  • Applies to next working day, excludes bank holidays and Sundays.
I have not received my item within the stated delivery time what do I do?

Please contact our customer service representatives by email at Support@EffectBeauty.com with your order number and explanation of problem. We aim to respond to all enquires within 8 hours.

The item I received has been damaged, what do I do?

Please contact our customer service representatives by email at Support@EffectBeauty.com with your order number and explanation of problem and if possible a photograph showing the damage. We aim to respond to all enquires within 8 hours.

Which shipping company do you use?

The majority of the time we use Royal Mail however for particularly large or valuable items these will be sent via a courier.
